Returns & Exchanges
Because fragrance is intimately personal, we highly recommend beginning your Summer Hours journey with our Discovery Set. As scent preference is subjective, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste once a fragrance has been opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and completely unused

• In its original, pristine packaging

• Free of any external price tags or stickers

To initiate an eligible return within 5 days of delivery, please email hello@summer-hours.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened item.

Damages & Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@summer-hours.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.
